LIFT is seeking concept notes from qualified organisations to implement the Uplands Programme.

Submission of Concept Notes is extended from 10 August 2015 and will now close on Monday August 24th, 12.00 noon, Myanmar time (GMT+6:30h) by sending an email to lift.proposals.mmoh@unops.org, with the subject line: CfN/LIFT/2015/1/Uplands – “Organisation Name”, or by delivering CDs to the LIFT Fund Management Office.
Hard copies of the concept notes must also be submitted at: LIFT Fund Management Office, 12(0) Pyi Thu Lane, 7 Mile, Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar (on or before the same date).
The concept note evaluation procedure is as follows:
