In honour of nutrition month in August, LIFT is pleased to announce its 2016 photo competition, which is open to all! The winner will receive a Nikon Coolpix camera. Feel free to be creative - we look forward to seeing your snapshots of rural mother and child nutrition.
Theme: Rural mother and child nutrition (in Myanmar)
Who can participate: The competition is open to all LIFT stakeholders and partners, including Government, Donor Consortium, Fund Board, the Fund Management Office, implementing partners, beneficiaries and the general public.
Dates: Admissions will be accepted starting July 30th. Deadline is August 10th by 5:00 p.m. (Yangon time).
Instructions:
- Please send THREE of your best photos that relate to the theme (with captions) to Ms. Abigail Samuelsen at abigailbms@unops.org by August 10th, 5:00 p.m. (Yangon time).
- Out of all the entries, TEN will be chosen by LIFT for the final round.
- Final round photos will be posted on LIFT's Facebook page for a popular vote by number of 'likes' by August 24th, 5:00 p.m. (Yangon time).
- Winner will be announced on August 25th.
- Permission must be granted by the mother/child in order for the picture to be included in the competition.
- Please note that these do not have to be professionally shot.
- If there are any disputes, the final decision will be made by LIFT.
** Do not use photos that were used in any publication or previous competition.
** Mothers and children who are featured in the short-listed photos will also be provided with a fortified rice bag from PATH.

- ကျေးလက်ဒေသ၏ မိခင်နှင့် ကလေးများ၏ အာဟာရကဏ္ဍကို ပုံဖော် ရိုက်ကူးထားတဲ့ အကောင်းဆုံး ဓါတ်ပုံ ၃ ပုံ (ပုံညွှန်းပါ) ကို Ms. Abigail Samuelsen abigailbms@unops.org သို့ သြဂုတ်လ ၁ဝရက် နေ့ နောက်ဆုံးထား၍ ပေးပို့ပါ။
- ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ဓါတ်ပုံများမှ အကောင်းဆုံး ၁ဝ ပုံကို LIFT မှ စကာတင် ရွေးချယ်မည်။
- စကာတင် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသည့် အကောင်းဆုံး ၁ဝပုံကို LIFT ၏ ဖေ့စ်ဘုတ်စာမျက်နှာတွင် တင်ပြီး သြဂုတ်လ ၂၄ရက် (မြန်မာစံတော်ချိန် ညနေ၅နာရီ နောက်ဆုံးထားပြီး) “like” အများဆုံးရရှိသည့် ပုံကို ပြိုင်ပွဲဆုရဓါတ်ပုံအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်မည်။
- ဆုရရှိသူကို သြဂုတ်လ ၂၅ ရက်တွင် ကြေငြာမည်။
- ပြိုင်ပွဲများသည် ရိုက်ကူးထားသည့် မိခင်နှင့်ကလေးများ၏ ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ခြင်းအတွက် ခွင့်ပြုချက် ရထားပြီး ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သတိချပ်ရန်မှာ ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ဓါတ်ပုံများကို (မိုဘိုင်း၊ ကင်မရာငယ်များ စသည်တို့ဖြင့်ပါ ရိုက်ကူးနိုင်ပြီး) ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်ရိုက်ကူးထားခြင်းဖြစ်ရန်မလိုပါ။
** ယခင်ပြိုင်ပွဲများတွင် ပြိုင်ဖူးသော ဓါတ်ပုံများ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်း အစီရင်ခံစာများတွင် အသုံးပြုဖူးသော ဓါတ်ပုံများ မဖြစ်ရပါ။
** အငြင်းပွားစရာတစ်စုံတစ်ရာဖြစ်ပါက LIFT ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည်သာ တရားဝင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
** စကာတင် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသည့် ဓါတ်ပုံများတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် မိခင်/ကလေးများကိုလည်း LIFT ၏ မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်သည့် PATH အဖွဲ့ မှ အားဖြည့်ဆန်အိတ်များကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
