This rapid assessment was conducted by Mon Women’s Coalition (MWC), the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), in collaboration with their partner Metta Development Foundation, with the technical support of IOM and in close coordination with the Department of Labour. The assessment covered eight townships of Mon State (Kyaikmaraw, Ye, Thanbyuzayat, Paung, Mawlamyine, Chaungzon, Mudon, Kyaikto), five townships of Kayin State(Thandaunggyi, Hpa-An, Kawkareik, Hlaingbwe, Kyainseikgyi), one township of Tanintharyi Region(Yebyu), and four townships of Kayah State (Loikaw, Demoso, Hpruso, Shadaw).
