In the second stage to define the programme, LIFT has now selected a number of implementing partners (IPs) to submit Calls for Proposals in a CLOSED PROCESS.
The Call for Proposals was announced only to the selected implementing partners at the end of October.
Please can the selected IPs visit the Uplands programme page. Queries are being answered every week, in batches. Answers to the third batches of questions will be posted on the Uplands programme page at the end of this week.
