Since 2010 LIFT has commissioned or produced 70 reports to improve knowledge of the rural sector.
We use our studies:
- to inform programme design e.g. Water Resource Assessment of the Dry Zone in Myanmar: Components 1-4)
- as evidence to advocate for pro-poor policies e.g. Survey Highlights FinScope Myanmar 2013
- to share our learning e.g. Qualitative Social and Economic Monitoring Round 4 or QSEM 4
Most of the studies are available under Publications here at www.lift-fund.org. We want to make sure that you are aware of these studies, can access them and their data sets (when available) and use them in your work. To this end, in the coming weeks, we will feature a LIFT-funded study-a-week on our social media - www.facebook.com/liftfund and www.twitter.com/liftfund.
Today we feature the 2013 study, Effectiveness of LIFT Support in Strengthening Civil Society. LIFT has provided training to nearly 250,000 members of civil society. This study used the BDRI framework (Capacity to Be-Do-Relate -Influence) to assess the impact of this training and other capacity development initiatives.
