The Myanmar Agri Development Bank, MADB is the largest financial institution in terms of serving financial services to the rural community. This study discloses the policies and operational systems of the bank and suggests options for restructuring the bank aiming towards better financial services and institutional sustainability. The Government’s President Office accepted this study as an important advocacy document.
